There are tons of free hosts on the web but all are inferior compared to paid hosting, after all, you get what you pay for. Most free hosts force you to display ads and many use annoying pop-up ads. Their servers are slow and they have low limits for bandwidth and disk space. I'll list several free hosts here and you can make your choice by visiting their sites and comparing their packages. Alpha Button - If you don't have a graphics program I highly recommend Alpha Button. With Alpha Button you can make buttons and banners of all shapes and sizes and even add effects like drop shadow to them. You can also add icons to banners or use icons to make custom buttons. Or, you can use premade buttons and banners from this site. It's a very versatile tool at a very fair price. I added the text to most of my buttons using this program because all I have to do is type the words I want and choose my settings. Then with one click all my buttons are made!
